Veronica Tisdale, President & Founder has over 16 years of nonprofit experience with both children and adults. She has worked with immigration services, re-entry, Mental health and substance abuse. She is passionate about wellness and supporting re-entry for women.
Indio, Director & Business owner of Indio's Auto Parts in North Philadelphia for over 44+ years. He was impacted directly as he supported his daughter through her re-entry losing her in 2017. He is giving back and hoping to change the story for others lost in their re-entry process. He is passionate about rebuilding our community into resilience.
Janin Baez, Director, Business Owner of Undimmed Candle Co. & workforce development professional who is passionate about filling the gaps in our community. She leads teams within her community and ensures every voice is heard.

Lija Riddick, brings a wealth of wisdom, experience, and passion to service the community. With a background in re-entry, mitigating risks in programs, and identifying barriers of failure to thrive for individuals, her mission is being dedicated to Nikky’s mission.
Kate Summers is freelance communications professional, youth worker, and passionate baker. They were born and raised in Michigan & now calls Philadelphia home. Kate lost their best friend in 2016 and since then is deeply passionate about supporting people through re-entry.
